The Theory of Stock Speculation by Arthur Crump

There a few nuggets of wisdom to be had in this book, but as I recall it wasn't an exciting read.

"People seldom tell of their losses."
"...the public are very seldom indeed bears."
"...an incomprehensible degree of confidence is placed in concoctors of companies,..."
"Speculators never set sufficient value upon the importance of avoiding a loss: they think
only of the profits."
